Demand for Bsquared services is on the up and we welcome Susanne O’Connell to the team



Creating customer loyalty through greater customer engagement is becoming more important to many companies.  Interest and investment in understanding what drives customer behaviour is rising and is translating into improvements both for customers and in bottom line results.

Our clients are demanding more. The Bsquared Customer Relationship Reviews is seen as a valuable tool to enable our clients to fully understand the drivers of customer confidence.  We are also seeing an increase in demand for our other services such as Surveys and measuring .

Bsquared are expanding and we are delighted to welcome to the team as Account Manager. 

Susanne spent ten years in the logistics industry as a Customer Services Manager and Key Account Manager for Sprint International Express.  Working with blue chip banking and investment companies and large advertising agencies, Susanne’s experience and hands-on approach to client relationships will play a key role in the development and growth of Bsquared. 

Always striving to improve, Susanne recently completed a degree in English Literature with the Open University and gained valuable experience working as a supply teacher in Surrey’s Secondary schools.
